Motion to Compel Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, and Request for Production

Ruling: Moving party must file a separate motion for each discovery request and pay the filing fee for each.  Court will rule on Motion to Compel Form Interrogatories only.  Plaintiff Shvydka is ordered to serve responses, without objection, within 20 days of notice of ruling. Request for sanctions is denied.  Moving party to give notice.

Discussion:  On October 25, 2022, Defendant served form interrogatories. Plaintiff did not respond. (Id., ¶¶ 5, 6.) A party must respond to interrogatories within 30 days after service.  A party who fails to provide a timely response waives all objections. Court declines to issue sanctions because the motion is unopposed.
