Based upon the papers filed herein, and for good cause appearing, the Court is satisfied that opposing counsel was duly noticed, and it is hereby ordered as follows: Plaintiff’s ex parte application is granted.

The judgment and writ of possession are amended Nunc Pro Tunc to change the subject premise address in the judgment and writ of possession from “79 S. Virgina Ave., Pasadena, CA 91107” to the correct address of “79 S. Virginia Ave., Pasadena, CA 91107.”
