Rationale:  

The Court granted Plaintiff’s motion for judgment on the pleadings and ordered Plaintiff to file a proposed judgment within 20 days of the order. The deadline for Plaintiff to submit the proposed judgment was February 9, 2023. Plaintiff did not submit the proposed judgment until February 14, 2023 due to a clerical error. (Motion, p. 1.) The Court ordered Plaintiff to file a noticed motion or, alternatively, to file a new proposed judgment for the Court’s review. Plaintiff submitted a new proposed judgment with this motion on April 10, 2023. There being no opposition, Plaintiff’s motion for entry of judgment is granted.
