Tentative Ruling:  Off-Calendar.  This case is transferred out of the PI Hub as a non-PI case.  This case is a product liability case.  Clerk to give notice.

Discussion:  A procedural requirement of a motion to consolidate is that the notice of motion must be filed in each case sought to be consolidated. (Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 3.350(a)(1)(C). The Court notes that the instant notice of motion to consolidate was not filed in 21STCV16103. This is in violation of the California Rules of Court, rule 3.350(a)(1)(C). Accordingly, the motion is continued until (1) the cases are deemed related and (2) Plaintiff files the notice of motion to consolidate in 21STCV16103.

Plaintiff has not corrected the above identified deficiencies since the Court’s July 25, 2023, order.  This motion is therefore off calendar.
