Ruling:  Granted.  The Court sets Dr. Dermichian's fee at $750 per hour. 

The Court denies request for sanctions.

Rationale: 

An expert witness may not charge the deposing party more than what the expert charges for testifying at trial.  Dr. Demirchian unreasonably failed to provide the documentation required by Code of Civil Procedure section 2034.470(b).  Further, based on the evidence provided, the Court finds that Dr. Dermirchian's fee is unreasonable and that $750 per hour is a reasonable fee to pay Dr. Dermichian.   

This motion is unopposed.  As such, the Court declines to impose sanctions.
