Ruling:  Counsel’s Motions to be Relieved as Counsel for Plaintiffs are GRANTED.  The Court orders that the effective date of the order is delayed pursuant to CRC Rule 3.1362(e).  Moving party to give notice.

Discussion:  Counsel has completed, filed and served the requisite forms in compliance with CRC Rule 3.1362. Plaintiffs will not be prejudiced if Counsel’s motion is granted. The next hearing in this matter after Counsel’s motions to be relieved as counsel are heard is a final status conference scheduled for November 6, 2023. Trial is set for November 20, 2023. There is sufficient time for Plaintiffs to engage new counsel before trial. The Court is satisfied that Counsel has a compelling reason to withdraw. (MC-052, Item #2.)
