The motion to be relieved as counsel for Defendant, Henry Yee Plumbing Inc., is GRANTED effective upon filing proof of the signed order upon the client.

Counsel for Plaintiff’s counsel has submitted all of the mandatory judicial council forms (i.e., MC-051, MC-052, and MC-053). Further, trial is set for April of 2024, and thus, Defendant has sufficient time to obtain new representation and will not be prejudiced by the granting of this motion.
