TENTATIVE

The motion to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff, Debra J. Chavez, is DENIED without prejudice. Counsel for Plaintiff’s counsel has submitted all of the mandatory judicial council forms (i.e., MC-051, MC-052, and MC-053). However, not all hearing dates are listed on the declaration. (CRC Rule 3.1362(e).) Notably, the Final Status Conference is not listed on the declaration. In addition, the proposed order incorrectly states the FSC is scheduled for April 24, 2024, when it is set for April 10, 2024. Further, trial is set in this matter in April. As such, Plaintiff has insufficient time to obtain new representation.
