Discussion

Parties jointly move for a continuance of trial to June 3, 2024.Defendants’ counsel testifies that parties have collectively agreed to participate in a private mediation session with Peter Searle of Judicate West, and Mr. Searle's mediation calendar is fully booked through March 2024. (Williams Decl., ¶ 2.) Additionally, Counsel testifies that following the parties’ scheduled mediation with Mr. Searle on March 21, 2024, trial counsel for defendants will be unavailable due to scheduling conflicts from late March through May 2024. (Id., ¶ 4.)

Good cause appearing and no prejudice shown, the relief requested is granted. The parties may stipulate and submit the stipulation in the queue for future agreements.
