Tentative Ruling: Motion to Compel Further Responses is granted, in part. Requests for monetary sanctions are denied. Defendant Uber and Defendant Portier have twenty (20) days from notice of ruling to serve further responses consistent with the Court's discussion.  Moving party to give notice.

Discussion:  Plaintiff seeks further responses to Defendant Uber's and Defendant Portier's amended responses to Form Interrogatories. Specifically at issue are Defendant Uber's and Defendant Portier's amended responses to Form Interrogatories 12.2, 12.3, and 15.1.

Granted, in part. If Janine is a current employee, then Defendants are to make Janine available for interview or deposition. If, at the interview/deposition, Janine is comfortable to turn over her information, then she may. If she is not an employee, then Defendants are ordered to provide the information requested. The Court sustains the objection as to the investigators who are working under the direction of Counsel.
