Ruling:  The motion for a determination of good faith
settlement is CONTINUED to allow Moving Defendants to provide notice of the
instant motion to Defendant City of Los Angeles. JA to calendar the hearing in 60 days to a date convenient to
Court and parties. Moving party to give notice.

Rationale: The Court finds the service of the instant motion to be
defective as Moving Defendants have failed to establish service of the instant
moving papers on Defendant City of Los Angeles.

Moving Defendants’ service of the instant motion has to comply
with normal motion requirements under Code of Civil Procedure section 1005,
subdivision (b).
