On the Court's own motion, the Hearing on Demurrer - with Motion to Strike (CCP 430.10)
scheduled for 10/12/2023 is continued to 11/14/2023 at 01:30 PM in Department 30 at Spring
Street Courthouse subject to being reset and notified Re: new hearing date by the receiving
court at the direction of Department 1.

notified by the receiving court.)
