Discussion:

Plaintiff served Form Interrogatories on Defendant Carla Crowder on September 12, 2022. (Declaration of Daphne Pierre Bishop, ¶ 2; Ex. “A.”) The responses were due on October 17, 2022 (Bishop Decl., ¶ 4.) Plaintiff has not received any responses to her discovery requests. (Bishop Decl., ¶ 4.) A non-responding party waives the right to make any objections, including one based on privilege or work-product protection. (Code Civ. Proc., §§ 2030.290, subd. (a); 2031.300, subd. (a). Defendants argue in opposition that the discovery request was never received, however, Plaintiff provides proof of service. Court grants $100 in sanctions, as requested.
