Motion to Compel Responses is GRANTED. Plaintiff is ORDERED to serve verified responses, without objections, to Defendant’s Form Interrogatories (Set One), within 20 days of the issuance of this order. Request for Sanctions is DENIED. Moving party is ordered to give notice of this ruling.

On September 14, 2022, Defendant served discovery including the Form Interrogatories, Set One, with responses due October 18, 2022. Defendant has yet to receive a response.  A party waives objections to a discovery request when it does  not provide a timely response. The Court declines to award sanctions as the motion is unopposed.
