TENTATIVE

The motion to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff, Amanda Pham, is DENIED without prejudice. Counsel for Plaintiff’s counsel has submitted all of the mandatory judicial council forms (i.e., MC-051, MC-052, and MC-053). However, the hearing date for the Final Status Conference is incorrectly listed on the declaration as being on July 8, 2023, instead of July 5, 2024. Further, the proposed order also states the FSC is on July 8, 2024, when it is on July 5, 2024. In addition, the declaration incorrectly states trial is on July 19, 2023, when it is on July 18, 2024. The proposed order also incorrectly states trial is on July 19, 2024. Lastly, there is no proof of service showing that Defendants have been served with the moving papers.
