TALUN HSU, et al. vs SCOTT EHRLICH, et al.

TENTATIVE

The present motions pertain to attorney Safora Nowrouzi of Vortex Law Group, counsel for Plaintiffs Talun Hsu and Fawina Hsu. The motions are accompanied by declarations stating that the relationship of trust and confidence between attorney and client has ceased to exist and that irreconcilable differences have arisen between them. The motions comply with the above requirements. The Court finds that a compelling reason exists to allow the withdrawal and that Plaintiffs will not be unduly prejudiced the trial date is scheduled sufficiently in advance such that Plaintiff has time to prepare or to find new counsel.

Safora Nowrouzi’s Motions to be Relieved as Counsel for Plaintiffs Talun Hsu and Fawina Hsu are GRANTED, effective upon moving attorney filing with the court proof of service of a copy of the signed order on the client.
