The present motion pertains to Liluokalani Martin, Mae-Elaine Q. Delos Santos and Downtown LA Law, counsel for Plaintiff Elizabeth Tellez. The motion includes a declaration of Delos Santos, who states that the relationship of trust and confidence with Plaintiff has ceased to exist because of inability to communicate with the client. The motion includes a proof of service and a proposed order listing the prospective dates of hearing, although it does not include the dates for a November 12, 2025 status conference, or the January 12, 2026 final status conference. Trial in this matter is set for January 26, 2026, and thus Plaintiff is unlikely to suffer prejudice from granting the motion.

Delos Santos and Downtown LA Law Group’s Motion to be Relieved as Counsel for Plaintiff Elizabeth Tellez is GRANTED, effective upon moving counsel filing with the court proof of service of a copy of the signed order on the client, as set forth in Cal. Rules of Court Rule 3.1362(e). The order shall include the future hearing dates of the November 12, 2025 status conference and the January 12, 2026 final status conference.
