The motion complies with the above requirements, including a proposed order with all upcoming hearing dates. Trial is set for September 2, 2025, almost a year hence, and granting the motion is unlikely to prejudice Diamond Solar.

E. Jay Gotfredson’s Motion to be Relieved as Counsel for Diamond Solar, Inc. is GRANTED, effective upon moving counsel filing with the court proof of service of copies of the signed order on the client, as set forth in Cal. Rules of Court Rule 3.1362(e).
