No trial date has yet been set in this matter.

Tizoc Perez-Casillas’ Motion to be Relieved as Counsel for Plaintiff Glauco Perez Otero is GRANTED. Counsel is ordered to include in its order, among the upcoming hearings, the OSC re: failure to file proof of service scheduled for August 22, 2024. This order granting the motion to be relieved shall be made effective upon moving counsel filing with the court proof of service of copies of the signed amended orders on the clients, as set forth in Cal. Rules of Court Rule 3.1362(e).
