The present motion pertains to Viterbo L. Valero, counsel for Plaintiff Tyranda L. Ward II. Valero presents a declaration stating that despite numerous attempts to contact Ward, and to reach him through relatives, he has not responded. (Valero Decl. ¶¶ 3–9.) The motion includes a proof of service and a proposed order indicating the upcoming dates of hearing and trial, which is set for December 9, 2025. Since the present motion was filed, Defendants Oren Goerge Shelly and Mariane Shelly have filed several motions to compel and deem admitted, now set for June 12 and 23 and July 2, 2025, which are not yet reflected in the proposed order.

Viterbo L. Valero’s Motion to be Relieved as Counsel for Plaintiff Tyranda L. Ward II is GRANTED, effective upon moving counsel filing with the court proof of service of a copy of the signed order on the client, as set forth in Cal. Rules of Court Rule 3.1362(e). This order shall include the hearing dates for the motions to compel and deem admitted now set for June 12, June 23, and July 2, 2025. Counsel is ordered to submit the Amended Order for Court's signature within three (3) days of this Order. 

Counsel to give notice to client and parties within five (5) days of signed Amended Order, and file proof of service with the Court.
