Plaintiffs move for an order giving them more time to serve the individual defendants and file proofs of service.

However, the Court has reviewed court records and notes that Plaintiffs have already served the individual defendants and filed Proofs of Service of Summons. According to those proofs of service, Plaintiffs served defendants Thomas McDonald and Brigitte Kruse through personal service and Sherry McDonald through substituted service. Moreover, all of those defendants have appeared and filed Answers to the verified Complaint.

Therefore, the Motion for Extension of Time to Serve Defendants With Summons and Complaint is DENIED as moot.
