Petitioner here has filed the present petition within four years of the date of the arbitration award, which was entered on November 12, 2024. Said award is attached to the petition, and the petition and the attached award set forth the substance of the agreement to arbitrate. The petition was served by mail, and a notice and acknowledgement of receipt was filed on February 10, 2025. No opposition has been filed. 

The petition is therefore GRANTED.
