The unopposed petition to reduce the required voting percentage to amend the CC&Rs is granted. Civil Code § 4275(c).

The court finds that petitioner has given proper notice to all entities to whom notice is required to be given; that balloting on the proposed amendments was conducted in accordance with the governing documents and Civil Code section 4275; that a reasonably diligent effort was made to permit all eligible members to vote on the proposed amendments; that owners having more than 50 percent of the votes voted in favor of the amendments; that the amendments are reasonable; and that granting the petition is not improper for any reason stated in section 4275(e). Accordingly, the petition is granted.

Petitioner is directed to submit a proposed judgment for the court's signature.
