On September 18, 2023, the Regents served form interrogatories, special interrogatories, and requests for production of documents on plaintiffs. (Sabzerou Decl., ¶ 2.) No responses have been received to date. (Id. at ¶ 3.) Accordingly, plaintiffs must serve verified responses without objections and produce the requested documents by May 3, 2024. Code Civ. Proc. §§ 2030.290(a), 2031.300(a).
