Plaintiff's unopposed application for a right to attach order and writ of attachment is GRANTED.

Plaintiff has established that the claim is one on which an attachment may be issued, the probable validity of such claim, the attachment is not sought for any purpose other than to secure recovery on the claim, and the amount to be secured by the attachment is greater than zero. See Code Civ. Proc. § 484.090(a).

Accordingly, a writ of attachment shall issue in the amount of $315,000, subject to the filing of an undertaking by plaintiff in the amount of $10,000. Code Civ. Proc. §§ 482.110(b), 483.015(a), 489.220(a). Plaintiff is directed to submit a proposed right to attach order and writ of attachment for the court's signature.
