Plaintiff’s points and authorities in support of her opposition to this summary judgment motion commence on page one and conclude on page 31.  This is in gross violation of CRC 3.1113(d).  The hearing on the motion is continued one month, to Tuesday, 12/20/22.  Plaintiff must file a memorandum that complies with the Rules of Court at least two weeks prior to the continued hearing date.  Plaintiff must not use smaller font or additional line numbers per page in order to make the required modifications and must instead shorten her memorandum to make it rules-compliant.

 

Plaintiff is not permitted leave to file anything other than a corrected memorandum.  Defendant must file any reply papers at least one week prior to the continued hearing date.    

 

Defendant is ordered to give notice.
