Defendant, Suong Thi Trinh filed a demurrer to Plaintiffs’ complaint on 12/13/22, setting it for hearing on 3/28/23.  On 3/15/23, Plaintiffs timely filed a First Amended Complaint.  The demurrer is therefore off calendar as moot. 

The parties are reminded that there is a CMC on calendar concurrently with the hearing on the demurrer.  The Court asks the parties to make arrangements to appear remotely at the CMC.
