Judge: Mark C. Kim, Case: 22LBCV00121, Date: 2022-11-15 Tentative Ruling
Case Number: 22LBCV00121 Hearing Date: November 15, 2022 Dept: S27
Plaintiff’s attorney seeks to be relieved as counsel, contending the
attorney-client relationship has irrevocably broken down. On 10/27/22, the Court denied a prior motion
without prejudice, finding there was no proof of service of the declaration and
the declaration was unsigned. Both
defects have been cured, and the motion is granted.
Relief is effective upon filing proof of service of the final order on
Plaintiff.
Counsel is ordered to give notice.
Parties who intend to submit

tentative, the party should make arrangements to appear remotely at the hearing
on this matter.
