Zachary Skidelsky, attorney for Juana Quevedo, and Cuauhtemoc V. Martin, attorney for Alma Alcala, each seek to be relieved as counsel.  The motions are denied without prejudice.

CRC 3.1362 requires a notice of motion, declaration, and proposed order, all of which must be on Judicial Council forms MC-051, MC-052, and MC-053.  Counsel failed to file forms MC-052 and MC-053.  Additionally, MC-051 is not completely filled out.  There are numerous fields missing, including, but not limited to, the date the action was filed and the room number of the hearing.  All fields of all three required forms must be filled out completely before the Court will grant the motions.

The parties are reminded there is a CMC on calendar concurrently with the hearing on the motions.  The Court asks the parties to make arrangements to appear remotely at the hearing.
