TENTATIVE RULING:

Defendant Agostino Sciandri’s Demurrer to the Complaint is PLACED OFF CALENDAR AS MOOT.

 ANALYSIS:

On December 20, 2021, Plaintiff KID, LLC (“Plaintiff”) filed the Complaint in this action against Defendant Agostino Sciandri (“Defendant”). Defendant filed a Demurrer to the Complaint on May 4, 2022. The hearing was originally set for July 5, 2022 and then continued to August 4, 2022.

On July 22, 2022, Plaintiff filed an Amended Complaint, within the time allowed by Code of Civil Procedure section 472, subdivision (a). Therefore, Defendant’s Demurrer to the Complaints is PLACED OFF CALENDAR AS MOOT.
