TENTATIVE RULING:

 

Petitioner Infinity Insurance Company’s Petition for Issuance of a Court Action Number is PLACED OFF CALENDAR AS MOOT. The Petition asks the Court to issue a case number in connection with Petitioner’s desire to compel discovery responses from Respondents Katrin Hohanessian, Serjik Tahmassian, Vanik Keshishan and Hilda Arakelian in an uninsured motorist proceeding. (Pet., ¶2.)  It is not necessary to hold a hearing to obtain the relief sought; a case number was assigned automatically upon the filing of the Petition.
