TENTATIVE RULING:

Plaintiff Jason Alan’s Demurrer to the Answer is PLACED OFF CALENDAR AS MOOT.

ANALYSIS:

On August 5, 2022, Plaintiff Jason Alan, in properia persona, (“Plaintiff”) filed the Complaint in this action against Defendant CMRE Financial Services, Inc. (“Defendant”). Defendant filed an Answer to the Complaint on September 7, 2022.

Plaintiff filed the instant Demurrer to the Answer on September 19, 2022. Defendant filed an opposition and Amended Answer on October 14, 2022, within the time allowed by Code of Civil Procedure section 472, subdivision (a). Therefore, Plaintiff’s Demurrer to the Answer is PLACED OFF CALENDAR AS MOOT.
