ANALYSIS:

Plaintiff Nekeisha Nettles (“Plaintiff”) filed the instant action for motor vehicle negligence against Defendant Jeffrey Brown (“Defendant”) on November 18, 2022. Plaintiff filed the instant motion for order for service by publication on March 1, 2023.

The Court declines to hear the noticed motion for order for service by publication. Plaintiff is to file an Application for Publication on Judicial Council Form LA-CV108.
