Petitioner Iris C. Moya’s Petition for Case Number and Special Assignment for Court Orders Compelling Further Responses to Written Discovery is PLACED OFF CALENDAR AS MOOT. The Petition asks the Court to issue a case number in connection with Petitioner’s desire to seek discovery orders in an uninsured motorist proceeding. (Pet., pp. 1-2.) It is not necessary to hold a hearing to obtain the relief sought; a case number was assigned automatically upon the filing of the Petition.
