Adam Cnaani’s Petition to Compel Arbitration is CONTINUED TO APRIL 25, 2024 AT 8:30 AM IN DEPARTMENT 26 IN THE SPRING STREET COURTHOUSE. On September 21, 2023, Petitioner Adam Cnaani (“Petitioner”) filed the instant Petition to Compel Arbitration against Respondent Shari Baier (“Respondent”). To date, no proof of service of the Petition nor notice of hearing has been filed.
