Defendant is reminded that the matter is set for final status conference on February 6, 2023 and trial on February 14, 2023.  While there are other matters also pending on those dates such that the case might not go to trial on February 14, 2023, it is likely that even if the court is engaged, the case will simply trail for a short time until the court becomes available.
