The case is here for a final status conference.  The court’s final status conference order was given on August 19, 2021.

The court has received no final status conference materials.  The court assumes that this is because the parties have settled.  If so, the court will vacate the trial date and set an OSC re: Dismissal (Settlement) for approximately 60 days from now.

If, however, the parties have not settled, the court will discuss why they elected to ignore the court’s order.  Plainly the matter is NOT READY FOR TRIAL.  The question is the proper sanction.
