The matter is here for an FSC.  The court gave its FSC order on August 23, 2023—shortly after it was transferred from the PI Hub.  However, on February 15, 2024, a dismissal was requested.  The problem is that there are cross-actions, so all parties brining actions must sign it; this one is signed only by the plaintiff.  The court will take this as an indication that the case has settled, and will inquire.  If the case has not settled, it is plainly not ready for trial and the court will need to discuss the matter further.

In either case, the trial date is VACATED.  Assuming settlement, the court will set an OSC re: Dismissal (Settlement).
