The matter is here for an FSC.  The FSC order was given on August 25, 2021.  The court received some unilateral materials on Friday and some joint materials this morning.  The court has not had time to review any of those untimely submissions.  The court does not know why the parties chose to ignore the court’s FSC order given over three years ago.  But it is plain that the matter is NOT READY FOR TRIAL.  The trial date is therefore VACATED. 

Had the matter been ready for trial, the court would have ruled on the MILs today except for the last minute and untimely one filed recently.
