Case Number: 21SMCV00358 Hearing Date: February 24, 2025 Dept: I
The matter is here for a final status conference. The court gave its FSC order on August 24,
2021, although the trial date has been continued since that date. The court has received 18 motions in
limine from the defense. It has also
received from the defense an exhibit list, jury instructions, a verdict form, a
witness list, and a short statement of the case. The court has received nothing from
plaintiff. The court will need to
inquire as to the reason that plaintiff did not submit any FSC materials and
the reason that there are no joint materials.
As it stands, the court has doubts as to whether plaintiff intends to
pursue the case.
