The demurrer Is MOOT.  This is a demurrer to the answer.  A previous demurrer was sustained with leave to amend.  The amended answer suffered from many of the same defects as the prior answer and plaintiff demurred again.  After that demurrer was filed, defendant filed a Second Amended Answer.  The court has reviewed that pleading and it is adequate.  Accordingly, the Second Amended Answer renders the demurrer MOOT.  The court does not anticipate a demurrer to the answer now on file.
