The matter is here for a final status conference.  The FSC order was given on December 20, 2022 (and again on January 3, 2023).  At the last hearing, plaintiff’s counsel was unsure whether possession was still at issue.  The fact that no FSC materials were filed suggests that possession is not still at issue.  Assuming that is the case, the court will discuss with the parties a date for a trial on the remaining aspects of the case.
