The matter is here for an FSC.  The court gave its FSC order on July 12, 2023.

The court has received no FSC papers.  The court will inquire as to why that is.  If they were filed and the court missed them, the court will re-set the FSC for later this week.  If the case settled, the court will VACATE the trial date and set an OSC re: Dismissal (Settlement), as that is an excellent reason for the parties to have not filed FSC materials.  If the case is still live, the matter is NOT READY FOR TRIAL and the trial date will be VACATED.  The court will set an OSC re: Sanctions against the parties and their counsel not to exceed $7500 per person for ignoring the court’s FSC order.
