The matter is here for a final status conference.  The court gave its FSC order on April 19, 2023.  The court has received a Notice of Settlement.  In light of that notice, the trial date is VACATED.  The court will set an OSC re: Dismissal (Settlement) about 60 days out.  No appearances are necessary if the matter is dismissed prior to that time.  The court congratulates the parties for being able to resolve their differences.
