The motion to consolidate is DENIED.  This is a motion to consolidate the instant case with 25SMCV01345.  However, before the court can hear a motion to consolidate, the matters must be related.  There is no notice of related case as to that matter.  This case is related to another case, but not the one over which consolidation is sought.   The court also questions why there are now three cases that plaintiff claims arise out of the same set of facts.  Plaintiff should think long and hard about this issue, as the many cases filed could lead to a finding that plaintiff is a vexatious litigant.
