The motion to authorize deposit of funds and dismiss the moving party is GRANTED.  The court had written up a tentative granting the motion, but earlier this week Shillock noted that the parties had signed a stipulation consenting to the relief sought here.  Accordingly, based on the stipulation, the motion is granted, although the court was inclined to grant it anyway.
