The matter is here for an IDC.  No IDC papers were filed, so the court has no basis to hold the conference.  There will be no conference today.  The court notes that there are no discovery motions on the calendar, which may explain the lack of IDC papers.  If the parties successfully resolved their differences, that is an excellent reason not to go forward with an IDC or file papers (although it would have been nice had they informed the court so that we could take it off the calendar).  Congratulations to the parties for working the discovery issues out amicably.
