This matter is here for an FSC.  The complaint was filed on September 13, 2023.  On March 13, 2024, the court set the instant trial date—on a shorter time frame than usual because the matter is set as a relatively short bench trial—and admonished the parties to comply with the court’s FSC and trial rules.  However, the court has not received any FSC materials.  On February 6, 2025, the court received a stipulation attempting to continue the matter because plaintiff’s counsel must withdraw.  The court will discuss this with the parties.
