The matter is here for an FSC.  However, the court is in receipt of a stipulation and judgment, which the court will sign.  As such, there will be no hearing today and the trial date is VACATED. 

The court also notes that various FSC materials were filed.  The court regrets that the parties went to that effort given that the trial will be vacated in favor of the settlement, but the court congratulates the parties on being able to resolve their differences.
