The matter is here for a final status conference.  The court issued its FSC order on January 22, 2024.  At that time, the court warned the parties that they had a lot of work to do and not much time to do it.  The parties stated to the court that they understood as much and would be prepared to go forward in accordance with the FSC rules.

The court has received no FSC materials.  The matter is there deemed NOT READY FOR TRIAL.  The trial date is VACATED.  The court will discuss with the parties how best to proceed.  The court is hopeful that the reason no materials were filed is because the parties have settled at least possession.  If that is the case, then of course that is excellent cause not to file FSC materials.
